Growing up on the southeastern side of Lake Macquarie, Mel Hibberd has spent a large portion of her life playing amongst our beautiful beaches and waterways.

Reigniting her passion for painting at 46yrs old has been a surprising and exciting journey for Mel in 2024.

Mel's work draws inspiration from the coastal landscapes that surround her.

Not only from her hometown, but also many beautiful coastal towns up and down the East Coast that she frequently visits with her family.

Her artworks invite viewers to re visit much loved places of joy and beautiful memories made.
